I hired Melody Oshiro of Organize to Optimize to help my 2 high-school daughters. She works with them virtually through Google Hangout and Zoom.
She provided training for them to use Google Drive and techniques using Google Docs so their assignments look professional. They are saving their web links on a cloud, so that they are kept organized and handy – and off of our desktop! They now have more time to put into their assignments and less frustration with technology.
Melody also showed them how they should organize their binders and their home workstation area. They have a system of where their books go when they get home so they are not scattered everywhere. Truly, the digital and paper systems she taught them should be patented!
I cannot tell you how her assistance saved our family of melt downs this year. My kids are more independent. They know the drill.
Melody goes over and above in that she helped my daughter at 10 pm at night when she needed help with formatting a Google Doc. Who does that? Well, Melody did!
I am grateful because I know nothing about Google Docs and I would have been stressed trying to help my daughters.
